Careers

We handle local moves in Santa Cruz, Soquel, Capitola, Aptos, Scotts Valley, and Watsonville. Our openings change with the seasons, and we often look for people who want steady, hands-on work.

People we hire

• Crew members and movers who load, haul, and set furniture and boxes in place.
• Drivers who hold a valid California driver’s license and have a clean history on the road.
• Packers who wrap fragile items, pack rooms, and label boxes for easy unloading.

What the job involves

Moving in this area is physical work. Many homes sit on hills, driveways and streets are narrow, and Highway 1 traffic sets the schedule. Our crews protect floors and doorways, wrap furniture in reusable blankets and pads, and place each item in the correct room at the new home. We finish every move together as one team.

What we expect

• You arrive on time and stay until the move is complete.
• You can safely lift and carry heavy items, even on stairs.
• You treat other people’s belongings with care.
• You are courteous and clear when speaking with customers.
• Moving or driving experience is a helpful bonus.
