About our commercial moves

Office and commercial movers in Santa Cruz

From downtown storefronts on Pacific Avenue to offices in Scotts Valley and Watsonville, we handle moves for offices, shops, and studios all over Santa Cruz County. For a business, the biggest cost is being closed, so we plan the move around your open hours.

Tell us before the move what’s moving: desks, file cabinets, equipment. We’ll need the new floor plan and the rules at both buildings—loading areas, elevator bookings, and when moving is allowed. If you need it, we can schedule an evening or weekend.

On moving day, each desk and department is labeled, and we place everything by your new floor plan. Items needed by your team to open the next morning are unloaded first.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Can an office move happen after business hours?

Yes. Tell us your working hours and any building restrictions, and the schedule can be planned for evenings or a weekend to keep downtime short.

How should we label workstations?

Give each desk a number on the new floor plan and use that number on every box, chair, and monitor that belongs to it.

Do you move file cabinets and shared equipment?

Yes. List file cabinets, printers, shelving, and other shared equipment with their sizes and weights so the crew can bring the right protection and tools.

Who handles computers and network setup?

Your IT contact should back up, disconnect, and reconnect computers and network equipment. The crew moves the packed hardware and places it at the labeled desks.

What building details should we send?

Send loading dock or curb access, elevator reservation rules, certificate of insurance requirements, and the move hours allowed at both buildings.

Once again, a team of great guys showed up at the designated time - polite, professional and never stopping! So glad I used your company again - I can’t recommend you highly enough. I seem to pick the hottest (move #1) and rainiest (move #2) days to move, but they’re unfazed! I’m one very happy repeat customer!

The crew seemed confident in what they were doing, which made me feel at ease. The move wrapped up quicker than I expected, and everything looked just right. I'd definitely go with them again next time. Top-notch!
